The PLEK machine ensures the most optimal string action possible for any instrument, giving each musician a guitar that plays exactly as they've always imagined. To accurately assess a guitar neck, the instrument must be measured while it is under full string tension and in playing condition. The PLEK machine scans the neck and fret heights with the guitar strung up to pitch, creating a precise 3D digital map of the fretboard surface, including the position and height of each string. This process takes string tension into account, allowing us to adjust the setup parameters to achieve the optimal playing experience for the musician.

There are a number of tell-tale, give-away signs that your guitar is in need of help. These may be any of the following:
